(NEPA) Environmental Assessments (EAs), SEPA/NEPA Environmental Impact Statements
(EISs), Endangered Species Act (ESA) Biological Evaluations or Assessments (BEs or BAs),
National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and Executive Order 05-05 Regulatory Compliance
documents; and preparation of technical studies, environmental documents or sections thereof.
