Environmental Scan and Assessment
The successful vendor of this Request for Proposals will be held responsible for successfully executing
a series of fourteen (14) focus groups with clients, employees/staff and executive leadership of each of the TANF programs across the State. These focus groups should reveal the overall understanding of the specific program and its elements, the quality of services, areas for improvement, advantages and disadvantages and like content.
