Environmental Remediation and Hazardous Materials Removal
The entity is seeking submissions from Environmental Contractors interested in qualifying to receive an upcoming Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the remediation of water damaged exterior walls on the Office building. This work will include the remediation of fungal contamination and water damage on the interior of the exterior perimeter walls, vapor barrier, insulation and steel framing and the construction of the new interior wall assemblies to replace the old. In addition, abatement of asbestos containing mastic at the base of some walls will also be undertaken.
