Environmental Public Health Tracking Portal Evaluation
The State is seeking proposals to evaluate the Environmental Public Health Tracking portal on its usability, understandability, usefulness and interest. Anticipated contract period will be 5/1/2012 through 7/31/2012, with option to renew for two consecutive one year periods. The option to renew will be based upon performance of contractor and continued funding.
