Environmental Impact Report for Church
The City is requesting proposals for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report (“EIR”) that meets the mandates of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, Public Resources Code § 21000, et seq., as amended and implementing State CEQA Guidelines, Title 14, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations as amended (collectively, “CEQA”), and any other relevant local plans, regulations or procedures for the proposed Church project.
