Environmental Impact Report (EIR) For Animal Shelter-Auto Dealership Sites
The CITY OF PALO ALTO is seeking proposals from qualified Firms and/or Individuals to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for (1) the development of a new 50,000 square foot animal shelter facility, debris transfer station, and utility storage area at 1237 San Antonio Road and (2) development of a 23,000 square foot auto dealer showroom at 3281 E. Bayshore Road. Detailed description of required services and deliverables is included in Attachment A-Scope of Services.
