RFP : Environmental Health Integration Software Application in Louisiana, United States

By switching to an integrated off the shelf product, we believe the following goals can be achieved:

 Increased administrative efficiencies
 Enhanced access to inspection data
 Eliminate double data entry
 Eliminate need to store paper

The purpose of this document is to solicit proposals from companies that could provide an off the shelf
product configured to fulfill Louisiana’s needs as well as configuration, support, and ongoing maintenance of
the software package for Sanitarian Services. Additional objectives of this project are:

 Provide an integrated and comprehensive software package for Sanitarian Services
 Provide a web based portal for the public
 Provide appropriate security to ensure confidentiality of the data as needed
