Environmental Health & Safety Software-Based Research Facilities Inspection & Recordkeeping System
This Request for Proposal is issued to solicit proposals from qualified, financially sound, and
responsible offerors to provide a software-based lab inspection and recordkeeping system for the
Health & Safety and Biological Safety Departments within the Environmental Health & Safety
(EH&S) Division at the University. The system must be a fully customizable package
that will allow more efficient and accurate management of the various types of audits and
inspections performed within EH&S
