Environmental Assessment Reevaluation
The Contractor shall provide professional services to prepare a written reevaluation of the FHWA approved Environmental Assessment (EA). The Revised Environmental Assessment was approved by FHWA in December 2001. The written reevaluation will address all changes that have occurred in the proposed project's design, affected environment, impacts (direct, indirect, and cumulative), and proposed mitigation since approval of the original EA.
