The City is requesting proposals for a Phase II Modified Environmental Assessment (EA) for HUD funded Proposals of the Cammie Clagget Public Housing Project, but not limited to only that site. The recommended format required is per 24 CFR58.36 revised March 2005 modified December 2007 (Previously recommended EA formats are obsolete). The Phase II Modified Environmental Assessment for HUD funded Proposals will be used for all future reviews for City of Spartanburg projects.
