Environmental & Landscape consulting
The District is pleased to announce the opportunity to provide consulting services for preparation of environmental review documents and associated procedural tasks pursuant to NEPA and CEQA in support of public access site planning, landscape restoration, and remediation at the former Almaden Air Force Station (AFS) at the summit of Mount Umunhum in Santa Clara County. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQP) is to solicit well-qualified firms to work with the District to develop environmental documents and provide procedural support for planning and remediation efforts at the site. For this RFQP, firms are asked to outline and submit a list of tasks required to complete both federal and state environmental processes within an accelerated timeline.
