Environmental/Hospital Cleaning
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The current solicitation number is 17-239-SOL-00096 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation may be obtained in full text form at http://www.arnet.gov/far.
The Department of Health and Human Services/Indian Health Service has a requirement for Environmental / Hospital Cleaning Services for the Bemidji Area Indian Health Service. Performance location is at the Red Lake Indian Hospital, located in Red Lake, MN. PLEASE READ SOLICITATION IN IT'S ENTIRETY. Please see attachments for additional information. Vendors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management). This solicitation is an urgent requirement and is open to all registered vendors.

BASIS FOR AWARD
The Government intends to make an award without disussion therefore; the initial quotation shall contain the offeror's best price and shall be dtermined to be the overall best value and most advantageous to the Government.
