The University Village Entryway Improvement project intends to improve pedestrian and vehicular access at University Village, Augusta State University's student housing complex. The project scope includes new gated entrances, roundabout enhancements, and site lighting improvements. Site work will include the construction of a new travel lane, improved parking areas, and new ornamental fence and gates. Electrical and lighting improvements include new lights along the new travel lane, roundabout, and existing transit shelter. New electrical and telecommunication infrastructure is required for the new gate operators, call boxes, and security systems.
