Entity Management System
The Department seeks development of functionality that doesnt exist in the current Producer Licensing system. The new system must interact with our developed application systems and have a fiscal structure based upon the new guidelines set by the Division of Administrations Enterprise Resource Planning system that is moving away from the current four (4) digit costing structure to a ten (10) digit financial coding system. The Department also seeks to consolidate functionality and database elements located in the current regulatory system into the EMS.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE (herein referred to as the State) for the purpose of providing new and updated enhancements to the Departments Producer Licensing and Fiscal functionality.
