Enterprise eLicensing Software
The Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development (HED), on behalf of the Division of Professional Licensure (DPL) is issuing this Request for Quote to solicit bids for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Software for electronic licensing. The COTS application should provide Web-based licensing functionality for Commonwealth of Massachusetts' agencies at an enterprise-wide level. The COTS software must be configurable and scalable. HED is looking for proven COTS vendors who can provide a mature software product and who possess strong business knowledge of the licensure and discipline processes.
