Enterprise Systems Management Technical Architect
One (1) Enterprise System Management Technical Architect Specialist is required to report to the Citys Senior Technical Support Specialist in the Enterprise Systems Management group to provide assistance in the day-to-day sustainment of the Citys existing CA Unicenter NSM R11 production infrastructure, provide input in to strategies and architecture to be implemented, and coordinate efforts of the Enterprise Systems Management group with various client stakeholders. The Specialist will also be responsible for establishing, enforcing and commenting on administration and maintenance policy and procedures. The Specialist will be responsible as a technical expert in installing, configuring and supporting CA Unicenter NSM R11 technologies.
This position is project related, temporary and short term in nature. The Specialist is needed to supplement the current IT staff to ensure day-to day operation is maintained.
