Enterprise Student System Software
The Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma (University) seeks proposals for a new suite of software to manage the student administration activities of campus programs located at the University of Oklahoma - Norman Campus, University of Oklahoma - Tulsa and at satellite offices affiliated with the College of Continuing Education worldwide. The selected Vendor(s) will provide the software necessary to integrate the Universitys Recruiting, Admissions, Registration, Advisement, Records, Student
Financials, Financial Aid, and Student Portal features (self service, gradebook etc.) on a unified, web-based platform. The goal of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to gather information for the Administration regarding which vendor software, maintenance services and user support will provide the greatest overall value to the University. The University anticipates this RFP to result in sufficient information to inform key decision makers as to product features and functionality and facilitate the procurement of a new Enterprise class Student Administration system for the Norman campus.
