Enterprise Student System Consulting Services
The Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma (University) seeks proposals for the consulting services required to implement a new suite of software for managing the student administration activities of campus programs located at the University of Oklahoma - Norman Campus, University of Oklahoma - Tuls a and at satellite offices affiliated with the College of Continuing Education worldwide. The selected Vendor(s) will provide the software and/or implementation services necessary to integrate the Universitys Recruiting, Admissions, Registration, Advisement, Records, Student Financials, Financial Aid, and Student Portal features (self service, gradebook etc.) on a unified, web-based platform.
The goal of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to gather information for the Administration regarding which implementation partner will provide the greatest overall value to the University. The University anticipates this RFP to result in sufficient information to inform key decision makers regarding the anticipated costs and timeline for the delivery of a new Enterprise class Student Administration system for the Norman campus. The respondents will also be asked to provide detailed cost estimates for modifications identified to fill gaps in the delivered software packages.
