The Contractor will collaborate closely with the Strategy and Risk Management group within the Office of the Executive Director to help build and implement an integrated ERM program. The ERM program will be consistent with federal requirements and standards including but not limited to Federal Managers' Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA), Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 (FISMA), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars A-123 and A-11, and the standards of the Government Accountability Office (GAO) Green Book and Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) ERM framework.
