Enterprise Resource Planning Implementation

The State Department is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to contract for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation services. PeopleSoft, JobAps and eGrantsPlus (ERP Software) is the selected software package and has been procured under a separate solicitation( see Appendix 1). This RFP focuses on two primary needs within the State Department: State Department Back-Office operations and the integrated local accounting functionality. Contractor will provide complete implementation services to include planning, design and development, testing, and training. State Department reserves the right to cancel this RFP, accept, or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, received in response to this RFP, to waive or permit cure of minor irregularities; and, to conduct discussions with all qualified or potentially qualified Offerors in any manner necessary to serve the best interests of the State Department. The State Department also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award a contract based upon the written proposals received without prior discussions or negotiations.
