Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Management System
This process is planned to result in a software license with services contract with a three (3) year
base period with an option for two (2) one-year extensions. The base contract will be effective from
issuance of notice to proceed (pending Board approval) and continue as detailed in other sections of
this Request for Proposal. Additional extension options to continue use of the selected ERP solution
shall be a part of any resulting agreement and be in effect in order to continue to utilize the selected
ERP Management system in perpetuity or until Dallas ISD determines a new solution is required.
Support for the selected ERP Management System, may include, but not limited to, such elements
as annual maintenance agreement and fees, annual license agreement and fees, annual product
support, help desk support, technical support to Dallas ISD Network Administrators, supplemental
training separate from the original implementation, and other commonly needed and expected
support shall be a part of any continual agreement and included in any pricing offered. Options to
extend this agreement may be exercised at the sole discretion of Dallas ISD.
