The City is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of obtaining information and bids related to its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project. It is the Citys preference to enter into an agreement with an Offeror(s) who can provide either (1) the software package, (2) the implementation and organizational change management support or (3) both. Third party applications for some modules shall also be considered but shall be fully disclosed in the RFP response.
