Hennepin County is seeking Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) proposals from vendors with proven experience in the public sector for the functional areas of finance, procurement, human resources and payroll. The County's vision is to implement an integrated solution to easily process, report, and store information and to improve delivery of services and activities through better financial management, improved business processes, and better information for decision making. The County named this initiative the APEX Project.
