The purpose of this Request for Offer (RFO) is to solicit responses from potential Vendors to provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Supplemental Modules and Related Services to the State of Texas, acting by and through the Department of Information Resources (DIR). This procurement is not for "Services Only." Vendors must propose products as well as services.
