Enterprise Process Scheduling
The Authority is soliciting a qualified contractor to provide a geo-redundant job/process scheduling solution based on commercially available well known software product. The vendor must provide the job scheduling software and provide services for the solution deployment to include but not limited to site analysis, design, implementation, migration of existing tasks, disaster recovery, high availability testing, integration with Enterprise monitoring and backup solutions, Admin and customer notifications, Role-based access control, Reporting, documentation, training and knowledge transfer. The vendor must develop processes and run books for routine management of job scheduling service. The proposed software product must carry perpetual licenses and include 3-year maintenance support.
