Enterprise Point of Sales and Reservation/Registration System
The City is seeking information from qualified parties offering a solution for an Enterprise Point of Sale and Reservation-Registration System (POS-RRS) to include associated best practices and process improvements for a successful implementation. The City’s intent is to standardize and establish an Enterprise platform for processing, reporting and managing cashiering transactions, facility reservations and program (activity) registrations, as well as the sale of goods and services offered by the City. Respondents should note that this Request for Information (RFI) is solely for informative and planning purposes and should not be construed as a solicitation, an obligation, or any type of commitment on the part of the City.
