Enterprise Content Management for the AOC and Appellate Courts
A Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Enterprise Content Management solution was issued on November 21, 2006. The State of California Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) invites, from all interested software and implementation software vendors with proven experience, proposals to license and implement an enterprise content management (ECM) solution for use by the AOC, California Supreme Court and California State Courts of Appeal. In time, other stakeholders within the California Judicial Branch may also choose to use the ECM system to meet their independent functional requirements.
The AOC seeks to engage a vendor partner for design, configuration and anticipated deployment of a scalable ECM framework encompassing needs related to document management, web content management, digital asset management (audio, video and images), collaboration, learning content management, enterprise search tools and business process management.
