Enterprise Content Management System
The School System is seeking proposals for an ECM system that provides an integrated system for the electronic storage, access and management of records compatible with PeopleSoft, the the school's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. The winning proposer shall also perform imaging services for the school, as the initial focus for the project. Both legacy documents (back file) and new documents (day-forward) are included in the documents that will require an on-boarding solution.
