Enterprise Content Management System
The PORTLAND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (PDC or Commission) is seeking Proposals from experienced and qualified firms for the provision of a software solution or integrated suite that provides PDC with the tools necessary to introduce and maintain an integrated electronic content management (ECM) solution for the creation, management, storage, sharing, retention and disposal of content and documents throughout their lifecycle. The selected firm is expected to provide a fully-functional ECM software solution; to install, test and integrate the solution into PDC's existing technical environment; to provide onsite training of the software solution; and provide project management services for the project. PDC intends to award one (1) exclusive contract to the selected firm in connection with this Request for Proposals.
