The State of Maine Department of Administrative & Financial Services, Office of Information Technology
(OIT), has a requirement for an Enterprise Content Management Solution. The State is procuring an
Enterprise Content Management Solution where all State Entities can leverage and implement the
technology. The State of Maine prefers a cloud-based solution. In accordance with State procurement
practices, the Department is hereby announcing the publication of a Request for Proposals (RFP) # 201406774
for the purchase of the aforementioned Enterprise Content Management Solution and the Services to implement
the application.
