Enterprise Content Management
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and any resulting contract award is to
obtain the services of a highly qualified and capable vendor, operating under this
contract to:
· Assist the DOT in minimizing risk and maximizing success of an ECM
implementation by helping DOT anticipate and avoid implementation problems,
including obstacles to agency-wide adoption and use; helping DOT avoid overcustomization;
suggesting ways to measure ROI; suggesting ways to avoid
failure from either a money, usage, or time perspective; and helping DOT bridge
gap between business user and IT developer and choosing a solution to serve
the needs of both.
· Assist with development of an ECM strategy.
· Assist with solution analysis and recommendations.
· Assist with first project deployment.
· Assist with program management.
