Enterprise Content Management
Assessment of needs, evaluation of current capabilities, development of specifications, and procurement of enterprise content management system.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and any resulting contract award is to
obtain the services of a highly qualified and capable vendor, operating under this
contract to:
· Assist the Department in minimizing risk and maximizing success of an ECM
implementation by helping Department anticipate and avoid implementation problems,
including obstacles to agency-wide adoption and use; helping Department avoid overcustomization;
suggesting ways to measure ROI; suggesting ways to avoid
failure from either a money, usage, or time perspective; and helping Department bridge
gap between business user and IT developer and choosing a solution to serve
the needs of both.
· Assist with development of an ECM strategy.
· Assist with solution analysis and recommendations.
· Assist with first project deployment.
· Assist with program management.
