Enterprise Capital Improvements Project (CIP) Portal
The CIMS’ Reporting and Web Portal division is responsible for the operational/ functional portion of the Web Portal. The purpose of this division is to provide the City’s departments (presently, CIMS and Public Works) with centralized project data and encourage project management efficiency. It maintains a user help desk, assigns access, sets up projects, contracts, invoices and workflows and establishes procedures for Web Portal use.
