Provide asset management software that is both GIS-based and browser-based. Review City's current business practices and workflow and provide Visio Diagrams which will work in the new system along with any Hardware recommendations. Install the software and integrate it with the City's GIS. Integrate the software with other City systems, as appropriate. Train City staff in the use of the software. Provide technical support and software maintenance for one year after installation.
