Enterprise Architecture and Solutions Consultant
OCHE is seeking a consultant to develop options and strategies for integrating administrative
information systems of 2‐year colleges in the state. The University System is particularly interested in
developing a solution that allows for: 1) a centralized approach to distance learning offerings, (2) a single
point of access to all 2‐year colleges through a student portal, (3) multi‐institutional functionality
allowing for enrollments from more than one campus to be included on a single student transcript, and
(4) the ability to award financial aid based on combined enrollment at more than one institution. This
project is a continuation of efforts to better coordinate and centralize the transferability of credits
system‐wide and to develop a comprehensive data warehouse.
