Enterprise Architecture Planning Consultant
The University desires to implement the TOGAF enterprise architecture
framework and project management methodologies to ensure the successful completion
of the LEAPForward initiative. At the same time, the University wishes to develop an
enterprise architecture framework that can be used by the leadership of Administrative
Technologies to align information technology, people, operations, and projects with the
organization’s overall business strategy. Ultimately, the enterprise architecture will guide
the University in making sound, targeted decisions about how to manage its informationrelated
assets to benefit the organization’s future operations. To meet this need, the
Consultant will be responsible for knowledge transfer to Administrative Technologies
staff in the areas of business architecture, information systems architecture, and
technology architecture. The knowledge transfer is designed to promote organizational
competency, maturity, and self-sufficiency.
