The State is seeking a contractor to develop an enterprise architecture framework. This enterprise architecture framework shall provide an on-going strategy designed to align information technology with current, yet evolving, overall Branch business strategies. The framework shall guide the agency in making sound and targeted information technology decisions designed to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of on-going, ever changing Branch operations.
