Enrollment & Eligibility Administrative Services
As part of Category 1-Basic Enrollment and in responding to the RFP, vendors shall provide comprehensive enrollment and eligibility administration services with a full range of client services including, but not limited to: Web based system for employee self-service online enrollment and maintenance of eligibility for medical/pharmacy, dental, life, flexible spending accounts (medical and dependent care) and COBRA.
