A consultant is requested to facilitate the preparation of the next Maryland State Library Resource Center Strategic Plan. The following list of related activities is envisioned:
* Meet with the SLRC Strategic Planning Team to suggest and to design approach
* Facilitate discussion among customer groups
* Organize feedback and present themes and emerging strategic directions to the Planning Team
* Suggest 4-5 strategic direction statements for further development by staff, SLRC Advisory Committees and the SLRC Commission
* Assist Planning Team as needed in preparation or presentation of plan
