The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Center Operations Division, ANG-E3, at the William J. Hughes Technical Center has a requirement for supplemental Engineering and Technical Support services.

The attached SIR describes the FAAbs specific requirements.

The FAA seeks to award a single, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for an anticipated total period of performance of five (5) years. Task orders issued will be Time and Material.

This acquisition is set aside exclusively for competition among Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns that are expressly certified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Code applicable to this requirement is 541330, Engineering Services; with a size standard of $15.0 Million.

All questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted in writing via email to stephanie.linck@faa.gov by 2 PM EST Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Responses to questions will be provided to all offerors as an amendment to this announcement prior to the due date for receipt of proposals.

Offers must be submitted via email to stephanie.linck@faa.gov on or before 2:00PM EST Wednesday, March 29, 2017.

Offerors are encouraged to pay particular attention to Section L of the attached SIR for specific instructions on how to prepare and submit proposals. Section M of the attached SIR provides criteria on how proposals will be evaluated.

Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov, on the date established for receipt of offers in order to be considered for award. The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each offerorbs program eligibility.
