Engineering Srvs for Structural Improvements
The following is a general overview of professional services that may be required upon development of the final Scope of Services for this project: Preliminary Design: Make a site reconnaissance visit to observe the facility, the reported deficiencies, and its operational requirements. Review recent engineering reports and available documents. Recommend modifications for the correction of the deficiencies Prepare probable total construction cost for each proposed modification. Submit a letter report to Brazos River Authority of the findings of the above activities. Final Design and Bidding Phase: Prepare construction plans and specifications for modifications as approved by the Authority. Prepare a detailed estimate of probable construction cost. Provide engineering support services required during bidding process. Investigate low bidders and recommend award to low response qualified bidder. Construction Phase: Provide construction administration and Resident Project Representation services as requested by the Authority to facilitate construction of the low flow facilities modifications.
