Engineering Services for Interior Renovation
Non-mandatory pre-proposal conference 04/29/2010.
The project scope includes the interior renovation of approximately 132,965 square feet of usable area. The work will be conducted in phases in occupied spaces. The scope will include preparation of construction document services, construction contract administration and observation and warranty phases for the project. The renovation will include modifications to existing HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Repairs, Fire Alarm System Improvements, New Plumbing Fixtures, New Floor and Ceiling Finishes, and New Walkways.
