Engineering Services for Design and Construction Management Services for the Reservoir, Pump Station, and Well
The City of Palo Alto is seeking professional services from a consultant who will provide all services for the design and construction management of a new underground reservoir, well and pump station in El Camino Park, and for upgrades to the existing Mayfield Pump Station. The Consultant will also assist the Purchasing Division in preparing the bid documents and analyzing the bids. The improvements at El Camino Park and at the Mayfield Pump Station will be bid separately under two separate construction contracts; Mayfield construction shall be substantially complete prior to commencement of El Camino Park construction. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 13, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at the City of Palo Alto, Utilities Department, Engineering Division, Conference Room 3, 1007 Elwell Court, Palo Alto. The required services are described in the Scope of Services.
