Engineering Services - Technical Data Package Modernization
THIS RFP IS BEING ISSUED SOLE SOURCE TO YULISTA INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS, LLC (CAGE: 79K70) IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 6.302-5.
The Support Equipment and Vehicles (SE&V) Division at Robins AFB, Georgia has a requirement for Engineering Services for Technical Data Package (TDP) Modernization. This requirement is a sole source acquisition directed to Yulista Integrated Solutions, LLC (CAGE: 79K70) as accepted by the Small Business Administration, and is expressly authorized by statute under the 8(a) Program (15 U.S.C. 637) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-5(b)(4).
The Government intends to award a five year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract in accordance with FAR 16.504. This will include a one year basic period of performance with four annual option periods. This contract primarily utilizes Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) CLINs with some Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) CLINs
