Engineering Services Support for Core Technologies Navigation Systems Branch at C3CEN (CT-N1)
This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source contract to Goldbelt Falcon, LLC for "Engineering Services Support for Core Technologies Navigation Systems Branch at C3CEN (CT-N1)." The contract type will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) with an overall period of performance of thirty-seven (37) days. The primary objective of the requirement is to obtain engineering services to study, manage, engineer, integrate, and document C4IT systems. Engineering encompass three primary areas: provide engineering, integration, testing, documentation development and management of projects to engineer electronic navigation systems for Coast Guard cutters and boats; provide legacy system support services to SMEF personnel, field technicians, Depot level technicians and system users; and provide CG DCMS 2.0 Modernization support services. These engineering services provide support of the Coast Guard's over-arching requirement for electronic navigation systems aboard all Coast Guard cutters and boats. The award will be conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1; Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; specifically FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). The contract terms and requirements will be developed jointly between the Government and Goldbelt Falcon, LLC., in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and FAR 15. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. While the Government does not anticipate competition, any responsible source may submit a proposal that shall be considered. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, which is solely within the discretion of the Government.
