Engineering Services For Wastewater Treatment Plant
The District Water and Sewer Authority (Authority), requests the submittal of combined Qualifications Statements and Technical Proposals for the performance of professional engineering and related services under the proposed agreement. The selected engineering firm, project team of engineering firms, or joint venture, will provide program management services to oversee the accomplishment of numerous projects comprised in the $1.4 billion capital improvements program (CIP), including projects in the Total Nitrogen and Wet Weather program areas and Biosolids Management Plan for the Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant.
