The State invites statements of qualification (SOQ) for the Professional Engineering Services in support of its various coastal programs. The State seeks highly skilled individuals or professional firms to provide coastal engineering design services including comprehensive design, planning review and analysis, studies and other ancillary services necessary to implement coastal projects and studies under the terms and conditions established under this RFQ
