Engineering Services
The State is requesting proposals for consultant services to assist in the development of transportation projects funded through the Bicycle and Pedestrian Program, Transportation Enhancement program, and the Safe Routes to School Program. The selected consultants will be responsible for performing a variety of planning, design, engineering, environmental permitting, and right-of-way services ranging from project definition through the production of contract plans and design engineering services during construction.
