Engineering Services
Scope of Work: Project includes pedestrian safety improvements, removal of old sidewalk, salvage and restoration of granite curbing, and installation of new sidewalk. Responsibilities include construction observation, preparation of preliminary plans, specifications, design documents and drawings, bid documents, bid analysis, required DOT reports and records, construction inspections, management of change orders and approval of payments.
Responding firms must be pre-qualified by Georgia DOT and licensed by Georgia to provide the design and inspection services for local state and federally funded projects including civil engineering programs.
