Engineering Consultant Services
The Corporation of the City is seeking proposals to provide Engineering Consultant services for Various Municipal Buildings.
The projects involve the Infrastructure Stimulus Funding Program which require that the project be initiated as soon as possible. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) concepts are being incorporated into the design and construction of these projects.
The City is interested in receiving Proposal submissions from qualified experts in civil, electrical, structural, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and building code. In addition the successful consulting team will prepare detailed working drawings and specifications.
The projects include evaluation and design for cost efficiencies for all electrical and mechanical components for facilities including, but not limited to:
HVAC and Building Environmental Systems
Electrical/Lighting systems
Plumbing and potential grey water/cistern
Energy conservation
LEED
Reduction of Green house gases.
Civil, Structural
